Artist Statement

제 예술은 제 기억, 미스터리, 신비주의를 융합하여 현실과 환상을 흐릿하게 만듭니다. 저와 관객 모두에게 안식처를 만들어 주고 싶습니다. 시간, 공간, 무한, 꿈과 같은 초현실적인 요소와 상징은 기억 속에 떠오른 현실에서 영감을 받아 관객을 매혹적인 여정으로 초대합니다. 저는 제 기억을 이야기 형식으로 초현실주의적으로 표현하여 되살립니다. 드로잉, 에칭, 회화, 설치 미술, 혼합 매체, 공공장소 미술, 퍼포먼스 등 다양한 작품을 제작합니다. 또한, 미술 전시 큐레이션과 예술가들의 만남에도 열정을 쏟고 있습니다.

My art merges my own memories, mystery and mysticism, blurring reality and fantasy. I would like to create a refuge for myself and the viewer. Surreal elements and symbols as time, space, infinity, dreams inspired by the reality evoked in memories, inviting viewers on a captivating journey. I reflect my memories with a a surrealistic expression in a story telling way. I create: drawings, etchings, paintings, installations, mix media, art in public space, performances. I am passioned also about curating art exhibitions and bringing artists together.
