지금은 자연속에서 노동과 작업을 주로하는 작가는 그 심성마저 자연의 섬세함과 생명력을 닮아있다. 서정적인 들녁과 아름다운 봄꽃, 물고기떼의 유영, 연꽃 등에서 작가는 자연의 영성과 생기를 자연스럽고 섬세하게 담아놓는다. 삶에 찌든 현대인의 마음속에 즐거움과 새로운 기운을 만들어내는 솔직하고 순수한 작업이다. 더욱 은밀하고 생기넘치는 자연의 호흡을 작업에 담아내어 항상 우리에게 놀라움과 위로를 주시기를 기대한다. - 동료작가 박용우 의 글에서-
